How To prepare for HAS Prelims Exam

Paper I and Paper II comprises the HPAS Preliminary examination. Paper I is objective in nature, where an aspirant marks the correct answer from the provided list of options, whereas Paper II includes Analytical Ability, Logical Reasoning and English . As a result, an aspirant must plan his or her prelims preparation in advance so that when the time comes, he or she is fully prepared. HPAS Prelims Exam

HPAS Preliminary exam has two papers namely Paper I and Paper II. The questions have multiple choice answers further which a candidate has to choose the correct option.
Paper I: General Studies (consists 100 questions of 200 marks)
Paper II: Aptitude Test (consists 100 questions of 200 marks). Paper II is qualifying in nature and requires minimum 33% marks.

Prepare a Plan – Firstly an aspirant should devise a plan a few months before the exam as to how he should frame the schedule, and timetable and put aside the hours for the respective subjects.
Time Table – Time table should be made accordingly where proper time is allotted to the syllabus and subjects for prelims.
Syllabus Coverage – Preliminary preparation should start with allocating the syllabus for the exam. Selection of right syllabus may take time but it is worth it to create a distinction between what’s necessary and what isn’t.
